It doesn't matter if either of these descriptions apply to you or not because we all share the same three goals: Making the best music possible, seeking fulfillment from hearing a finished record, and improving from your hard work. BUT, our common obstacle when striving to achieve these goals is finding the time. 

The time spent researching microphones, software, or mixing techniques should be spent making music! As those topics can be often confusing and frustrating, it feels natural to just make the music and worry about release dates.

Luckily, at R.O.O.T. (Running Out Of Time) Records, we share the workload by providing years of experience in recording and mixing at an affordable rate with a reasonable turn around time.
